Introduction

The Postgraduate Course in Dementia Care is a structured postgraduate program developed by MEAMA to address the growing burden of dementia across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). The program integrates evidence-based medicine, interdisciplinary collaboration, and culturally sensitive care models to strengthen regional capacity in dementia diagnosis, management, and leadership.

  • Strengthen regional capacity in early detection, diagnosis, and management
  • Improve care pathways across outpatient, hospital, community, and long-term care settings
  • Empower interdisciplinary teams to lead change in dementia services
